Luminescent material "PICARIKO" is a crystalline structure which illuminates while activating its own energy when it is excited by slight ultraviolet rays being emitted from sun light, a fluorescent lamp, an incandescent lamp, or other luminescent sources. PICARIKO continues lighting very bright for a long time in the dark, and also, it repeats its function semi-permanently.
From powder and master patch materials, luminescent paint, luminescent ink, luminescent plastics, luminescent rubber, and other products have been developed. Also, luminous flowers, safety signs, luminous ear-rings, luminous wall papers, and other applied products are being developed over a wide application range.
